    The swine flu virus is transmitted from one person to another through droplets that are exhaled in a cough or sneeze. This is the reason that covering your cough or sneeze is so important! A "safe distance" is considered 3-6 ft. from an infected person.

    This is such a great resource for the employees at Yavapai College. The Family Enrichment Center sent out a wonderful release to the parents regarding the H1N1 virus and steps they were taking to keep our kids well. Great resource.
